Yes that is Farasha from Las Vegas. I have taken a workshop with her and watched her perform at the LV Ren Faire and the IBDC. She is truly a wonderful dancer and a sweet, spiritual person. She is actively involved in charities and spends most of her time I believe teaching, performing and developing her craft.

Actually I should also mention that that video was taken at the IBDC this year in Las Vegas at the South Point Hotel. I worked at that event. That particular moment is when a wonder troupe did not want to play on the stage but wanted to go into the halls of the hotel. She jumped right in and did what she does best. She also performed on stage earlier that day and the crowd was breathless.
