Ok so I have a pretty big chest (36DD/38D it varies) and a pretty big rear, lol (44 inches) and I have such a hard time finding costumes and coin belts that come in my size. I ordered my first costume not too long ago and the bra was really small (I wore a 3/4 sleeve sheer-ish top underneath) and the skirt could have fit my leg, lol (fortunately I had some black pants to wear). Every site I look on the skirts and the tops are really small that or they're one size fits most which generally doesnt fit me. Anyone know of any good sites that have bigger costumes?

They have a whole area for plus sized and every thing is ok priced.
    • I have a couple pair of the Lucious Buttz pants they are not cheap but they are custom made and well worth it. They fit like a dream . they have a tribe here too. If you arent ready to spend that much they are definitely a wish list item.

      • My advice is to either get things custom made and/or make your own costumes. Most costumes come in a standard size B/C cup and with a belt from 34-40 inches. Sometimes, you might find a D cup and maybe a 40-44 inch belt but that is not very common.

I have made half of my costumes and some I have had custom ordered. Just about any belt will fit me but my cup size is very large and the actual band on my bras are small. That is just how it is, especially if you want really nice costumes.

I hope you find what you're looking for.
  • I too have a similar issue with finding costumes that fit and don't cost a billion dollars. I'm about a 34F, with 42 inch hips (oh, yeah and I'm short) so finding a costume that covers AND stays there, has been a challenge. I really prefer to make my own costumes(like the one in my pic). Lane Bryant has great sturdy bras and very good sales. You can order bra and belt form from sugar petals, I haven't tried them but I've heard good things. As for the skirt/belt issue I ordered a bunch of hip scarves from ebay then took off the beads and coins that I wanted-and sold a few to friends. Another option is finding a shop that sells lenhga cholis, these are usually willing to alter it to fit you and will come with lots of beads and a matching scarf that can be used for a veil.
