It was so nice to see a dancer that can do more then one type of dance. It was also refreshing to hear a dancer with an open mind that wishes the dance community in her city was more together (that is why I stopped dancing). I enjoy your show thank you for posting them Parveneh.

She is very sweet and very diplomatic and a beautiful accomplished dancer to boot. Unfortunately the disparity in the dance community is all over. sometimes we have to strike our own paths and make our own way in order to do the things we love. I am happy you enjoy the show and I will continue to post as I tape up coming segments. Busy busy bee lol

Vipers make me laugh because their problem really is their own lack of self esteem and desperate need for validation

I have received a number of personal e-mails on You Tube from people who have said this is the first time they have seen the Khaleeji done so very well. Khadijah lived in Saudi Arabia for a good number of years as a child and learned the dance directly from Saudi Women. So her knowledge of the dance is first hand and not some choreography. She is also very knowledgeable about the culture and different variations of the dance as well as Nubian dances. She is fierce indeed!!!

Lady Parveneh, I am a new member here after searching all over for women of color that are involved in the dance. I have been a subscriber to your show for much longer and I want to thank you for what you do. I was priviledged to see the performance of Khadijah on your show and I was so struck by her skill. She is wonderful, as are you for promoting women of color in Raks Sharqi.

I think I had better mind my manners and introduce myself to this tribe as soon as I can find out where to do that.
